HOW LONG WILL IT LAST?
Each bag contains approximately 30 tablespoons of tea. So that would be 30 servings.
HOW DO I MAKE IT?
*your tea will come with instructions*
Hot Infusion : Simply place 1 TB of tea into your french press or tea strainer of choice, pour 8 oz. nearly-boiling water on top, and allow to steep for 15-20 minutes. This long steep time is what ensures you get access to all of the health benefits of the tea, so don’t skip this step!
Cold Infusion: *recommended
