PLEASE READ!  Throughout spring and summer, please keep the weather in mind. Tallow may melt when left in the heat for long periods of time. If you place an order, please take note of your tracking information and plan on bringing your package inside promptly.

Many customers have no issue as long as they don't leave it out in the heat for hours on end.You can set your tallow in the fridge to let it cool and reset before opening if you wish, otherwise just let it rest at room temperature for a few hours. The quality and integrity of the product will still remain the same, but keep in mind that the consistency may change.

Whipping the tallow adds air to it, giving it a fluffy, light consistency. Once melted, there will be less volume in the container and it will be more of a balm than a whip.You can take it out of the jar and re-whip it with a hand mixer after chilling to bring it back to its fluffy state if you wish, or just use it as a balm. *As a balm, it will have less volume and won't be at the top of the jar, this is normal.
