Cayenne, also called Capsicum, is a stimulant to the nervous system, meaning that it encourages circulation and blood flow to whatever area of the body it comes in contact with.

Cayenne contains a compound called capsaicin, which is what makes it 'hot.' This compound has shown evidence of providing pain relief, especially for arthritis and nerve pain by partially blocking pain receptors.

Precautions :

Cayenne is NOT meant to go in the eyes, nose, on broken skin, or in sensitive areas. Ingesting large amounts can be irritating or even painful to the body. When in doubt, seek medical professional. None of this is medical advice.
